Some strains are just hype, others are milestones. 4xBC undoubtedly belongs in the latter category. We embarked on a journey back in time and secured a legendary Blueberry cut from Dutch Passion – genetics that have been kept under wraps for over 20 years. Instead of merely preserving this legend, we combined it with the modern power of Square One's Banana Butter Cups. The result is an aromatic explosion that combines the nostalgia of the past with the technological perfection of today.

The Hunt for the Unicorn Phenotype
4xBC is a project for the true "Hunter". We are putting the tools in your hands to specifically select the Unicorn phenotype. Look out for medium-height plants that do not branch out excessively. A crucial indicator during veg: an early "Stem Rub" should smell more earthy than sweet. The impressive resin concentration of the BBC line only unfolds during flowering. The desired hint of gas, which gives the profile more depth through the creamy Banana Gas Funk of the Square One line, should remain subtle and only fully unfold at the very end of flowering.
From the "Reversed Triangle" to Hybrid Champion
The biggest challenge was the structure. The BBC parent line naturally tends towards strong, vertical growth, which we know as the "Reversed Triangle" – impressive in height, but often problematic in stability. Through our work, we have preserved the vitality, but shifted the phenotype towards a harmonious, hybrid structure. The result is a plant that directs its energy not only to the top, but evenly into the entire flower structure – this is the key that raises the yield to an impressive 550g/m² without sacrificing even one percent of resin density.
Super Washer: Why Extractors Will Love It
When you open the jar, you smell the history. When you hold the flowers in your hands, you see the future. 4xBC is an absolute "Frost Machine". The calyxes are so massively swollen and covered with such dense, oily trichomes that the flower almost looks like a crystalline object. Trimming here is not a job, but a pleasure – with many phenotypes, a short cut is enough, because the resin dominates the structure. For every extractor who wants to produce rosin at a level that leaves even experts speechless, this strain is the new standard.

- The "Unicorn" Check: Train your nose. Look for medium-height plants with an earthy stem rub. The creamy gas funk should only refine the berry base as a late finish.
- Canopy Management: Use the Blueberry heritage to your advantage. Select the plants that show a tendency towards a classic indica-dominated structure - in the BBC phenos, the Blueberry terpenes are almost completely overshadowed.
- Respect the Resin: Since the flowers are extremely frosty, pay meticulous attention to air circulation. Harvest cool and carefully to preserve the volatile terpenes that make the difference between a good and a legendary extract.
