We are fans of modern hype strains ourselves – but in breeding, you sometimes need a solid anchor. That is exactly why we used Northern Lights as a counterpart to Cherry Deez. It tames the growth, brings a robust, almost indestructible foundation into the tent, and delivers a massive, physical high that you have to search a long time for these days.

In an intensive pheno hunt of Cherry Deez, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for: A plant that combines all the desired properties. Only the visual coloring of the Trop line was missing in this phenotype – but in terms of taste and structure, this thing is a real winner. Thanks to the NL influence, the stretch remains manageable, and the plant builds a solid structure for heavy buds.

Terpenes & Taste

Here, two worlds collide that harmonize perfectly. Cherry Deez brings sweet cherry notes, a slightly sour nuance, and some lime.

The concern that the heavy, earthy, and hashish note of Northern Lights would overpower these fine profiles proves to be unfounded: The NL profile lays down, as expected, a dark carpet under the bright fruit terps, grounds the whole thing perfectly, and gives the cherry a deep, powerful foundation.
